A minimum of 18 Indian employees have been killed, while 130 were seriously wounded inside a significant blast in a ceramic manufacturer in Sudan’s capital Khartoum on Wednesday. India has setup an urgent situation hotline, while an embassy agent has rushed towards the spot.
