94.5Percent households in villages, 97.5% in metropolitan areas used ‘improved consuming water’ in Jul-Dec 2018 As much as 94.5 percent family members in rural areas and 97.5 percent in metropolitan areas used ‘improved consuming water’ from resources such as hose piped, wells and tankers supply during July-December 2018, demonstrated a Nationwide Statistical Workplace (NSO) survey report on Weekend. About 51.4 percent family members rural and about 72 percent inside the city areas utilized an increased supply of drinking water, adequately available all through the year situated on the property.
