Consume foods rich in antioxidants

Your body needs ample supply of antioxidants to fight off cell damage caused by free radicals. If you are facing constant lethargy and chronic fatigue, there is a high chance that your body is lacking in antioxidants.

Include these foods in your diet that are rich in antioxidants.

Lemon

Fruits that belong to the citrus family are rich in antioxidants. Lemon is one of the best antioxidant foods you can have. Oranges and lime are also good sources of antioxidants. Remember that vitamin C cannot be stored in your body for later use, so ensure that you take in enough vitamin C every day.

Nuts

Rich in vitamin E, nuts are an ideal food source that are filled with antioxidants. Unlike vitamin C, the liver stores vitamin E along with fat. Almonds, walnuts, pistachios and pecans are good for you.

Broccoli
