 : The Enforcement Directorate (ED) on Wednesday stated that the have seized PNB charged fugitive Nirav Modi’s components worthy of Rs 329.66 crore underneath the Fugitive Financial Offenders Work, 2018. Earlier last month, the Enforcement Directorate had brought back over 2,300 kg of refined gemstones and pearls well worth Rs 1,350 crore of companies belonging to Nirav Modi and Mehul Choksi from Hong Kong.
From the 108 consignments that landed at Mumbai, 32 participate in abroad entities inside the UAE and Hong Kong “managed” by Nirav Modi while the rest are of Mehul Choksi firms, it stated in a assertion.

The business people are being probed by the ED under preventing Dollars Laundering Take action (PMLA) in connection with an over USD 2 billion claimed banking institution fraud at a PNB division in Mumbai.
