Rail services cv in Kashmir valley after more than 90 days


Rail solutions in Kashmir resumed fully on Sunday after 3 months as trains went between Srinagar and Banihal in south Kashmir on Weekend. The help between Srinagar and Baramulla were also resumed article-demo work which was conducted on the same path on Weekend. Speaking to PTI, a railway established said, “rail support in the valley fully resumed this morning because the coach chugged from Baramulla towards Banihal.” The government bodies have inquired the Railways to ply the trains between 10 am and 3 pm due to safety good reasons, the official added.

The regular industry in Srinagar seen a huge number of consumers. It stayed open till noon and after that the shopkeepers shut it to join a protest against abrogation of the specific status of J&K.

Some mini-vehicles also started to operate in few paths inside the town and the valley with cabs and car-rickshaws plying as usual. The private transports were reportedly working unhindered within the valley, it added.

The Pre-compensated mobile solutions and internet solutions ongoing to stay closed in certain areas since August 5.
