SC upholds Karnataka Speaker’s choice to disqualify 17 rebel MLAs, allows them to competition by-polls
The Supreme Court on Wednesday upheld the order in the then Karnataka speaker KR Ramesh Kumar to disqualify 17 rebel MLAs in Karnataka Construction.
